Realty Roundup Property Management is a locally owned and operated full service property management company that has been providing superior service for both property owners and renters for over 30 years.With over 2,000 properties managed, Realty Roundup not only specializes in single-family residences, but also in duplexes, triplexes, multiple unit buildings, apartments and small commercial.

Growing up in Elk Grove and Graduating from Elk Grove High School I know and love this City. I have an AA Degree from Sacramento City College and received my Real Estate License in 2005. My 7 years spent in the U.S. Army has given me the ability to work well with people. Being a General Contractor and specializing in rental property maintenance gives me a good feel for what needs to be done to keep properties looking good. I look forward to helping each person find the house that will meet their needs and make them feel right at home.

I was born and raised in Sacramento. I joined the Realty Roundup team in July of 2015. I started out as a Receptionist, and I now assist in other departments such as Applications, Property Managers and Assistants, as well as all other aspects of the office. I’m very fortunate and happy to be a part of the Realty Roundup Team, it is a nice change for me. I look forward to helping as many people as I can. I started working for Realty Roundup in January 2013. I’ve always had a passion for real estate while growing up and assisting my dad own and manage his own properties. I graduated from Sacramento State with a bachelors in Business Administration, with my concentrations in General Management and Real Estate and Land Use Affairs. Working for Realty Roundup has been a great learning experience and opportunity to gain insight on this aspect of a real estate career. This company truly offers a great working environment that allows for growth. I am pursuing my real estate license and hope to grow within this amazing company. I still consider myself new to real estate and am determined to expand my career with real estate management, sales, and investments. I have a lot to offer my community and Realty Roundup!

I grew up in the Sacramento area and graduated from Folsom High School. I started working for Realty Roundup in June 2013 as a Work Order Assistant and received my Real Estate license in May 2017 and am now a Property manager. I enjoy being a part of the Realty Roundup team and helping clients find a place to call home.

Kathy Thu-Duyen Cao, Property Manager

Kathy Duyen Cao has extensive experience in real estate sales, investment, financing and management. Prior to real estate, Kathy had received a Bachelor of Science degree from University of California, Davis and worked as sales manager for a commodity trading and exporting firm. Bringing her customer service focus into the real estate business starting in 2001, she has provided exceptional experience and results to her clients. Constantly craving for knowledge and wanting to serve her clients better, Kathy pursued and received a Master’s degree in Business Administration with Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, a well-known Australian University, during her stay in Asia. With the great support of all the staff at Realty Roundup, Kathy is providing unmatchable property management services to the clients. Her goals are to help the clients produce the greatest possible income from their properties and maintain good physical conditions for future sales value.

I began working at Realty Roundup in May of 2015. When first hired, I was the receptionist and quickly moved into the position of an Assistant Property Manager. As I continue my path here at Realty Roundup, I plan to obtain my real estate license and grow into a property manager. I have enjoyed every moment spent working for this wonderful company thus far and I look forward to the growth that will happen within myself and the company.

My career in property management started in 1987. Originally from Southern California, I moved to Fresno in 1999 and recently moved to Sacramento in January 2013. I began my career managing multi-family housing. In 2000, I received my Real Estate license and started managing single family homes in Fresno for the majority of the past 12 years. My recent move to Sacramento has given me a great new career with Realty Roundup as a Property Manager. This is a wonderful opportunity and I am very happy to be part of the team. I am looking forward to a move to Elk Grove in the summer.

Lynn Holman, Property Manager & Bookkeeper

I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and have maintained this license since 1990. I have also served as the education chairman for the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). I have been fortunate to have two career paths over the past many years. I worked for Wells Fargo Bank for 18 years and held various positions in both operations and management. My second career path has been in property management for the past 30 years and I have held various positions including property manager and VP of Operations in the corporate office of a Stockton property management company. I have been with Realty Roundup for 13 years as a property manager and I am currently the head bookkeeper for the company.

Jacci Kimmel, Property Manager

After high school in 2008, I went to Sonoma State University and studied business. In 2012, I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in General Management. During this time I was a member of Alpha Gamma Delta, in which I held two leadership positions. In 2010, I was elected as Purchasing Coordinator, and in 2011, I was elected as Alumnae Relations. Shortly after college, I studied real estate and earned my real estate salesperson license. I began my journey with Realty Roundup in April of 2014 and am honored to work with a group of such talented individuals.

I began working for Realty Roundup, Inc on August 5, 2013 as a leasing consultant, since then I have obtained my real estate license and became a property manager. I grew up in Elk Grove until I started high school when I moved to Rocklin where I went to Whitney High School and Sierra College. I moved back to Elk Grove in Spring of 2015 to be closer to work and work on growing Realty Roundup’s influence in the Rocklin/Roseville area. Currently I am finishing up my college education and working towards a degree in Real Estate with a minor in Business Administration

I owned my own insurance agency for 28 years and have extensive knowledge in this field. I then worked as a realtor and property manager for 5 years. I came to work for Realty Roundup in 2013 and plan on growing with the company in years to come. I love being involved in the community and helping in any way I can!

I began working for Realty Roundup in October of 2016. I began my journey in property management in 2013 as an administrative assistant and quickly fell in love with the industry. I obtained my Real Estate License in 2014 at which point I became a property manager. What I love most about my job is getting to meet so many different people. I love helping people find their new home and giving owners peace of mind knowing that their homes are being well kept.

I moved to the then small quaint town of Elk Grove in 1986. To appease my mom, I finally took my real estate test and passed it in 1986. I started my real estate career in 1987, going to work for a small locally owned real estate company. By 1988 I found that investors were coming to town to buy rental homes and there were few property managers around to serve them. I then formed Laguan Creek Property Management from the ground up, one house at a time. At the end of 1999, I sold my company and worked for the company for 2 more years after the sale. In early 2002, I started with Realty Roundup and took on the manager roll in the office. Starting with 141 properties upon my arrival, we now manage over 1300 homes and duplexes. My education background: CSU Chico degree in Accounting and a minor in Economics-1984; CA Real Estate License-1988; CA Real Estate Broker License-1995.

In 2002 I moved to Elk Grove and started my career with Reatly Roundup. With my background in retail management in the Building Material Industry, property management was a natural transition. I received my Real Estate License in 2003 and became a Property Manager. Realty Roundup is a great company to work for, and in property management, every day brings new challenges.

I have been apart of the Elk Grove community my entire life. The majority of my work experience has been in management and communications/customer service. I came to Realty Round Up after knowing that I needed a fresh perspective and a defined meaning of where I wanted my career to take me. Starting at Realty Round Up as a Maintenance Coordinator and then moving up to a position as a Leasing Relations Manager is just the begining for me here at this great company. I am on track to obtain licensing and certification to grow as an individual, but also with Realty Round Up. I truly have found my niche in my field of expertise and will continue to grow with this company as it grows itself. I look forward to what the future holds.

I had many years of marketing experience in San Jose before I relocated to the Central Valley in 1992. Growing up in a construction and real estate family, I have always been a part of the real estate industry. Whether it was running one of the my family’s on-site construction offices or designing marketing materials, I always had my hands in the business. After high school graduation I moved to Sherman, Texas, outside Dallas, to attend Austin College where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a minor in Exercise and Sports Science. Having been an avid volleyball player since the age of 9, I was also a member of the Austin College volleyball team for four years where my teammates and I were fortunate enough to be part of the NCAA Elite Eight. Being the ultra-organized and analytical person I am, as well as my background in real estate and construction, after college, I began my career working as a loan assistant at large local mortgage firm. I then started working for Realty Roundup as an assistant Property Manager, I was again able to apply my skills and knowledge in a new setting. After a year of being an assistant, I was given the opportunity to change gears and help Realty Roundup in their marketing goals. It is truly a pleasure to be working at Realty Roundup with such a knowledgeable group of people.

I started my Property Management journey in Fresno, California in 1994 in apartment/condo community management. I received my California Department of Real Estate license in 2000. From there I moved to Elk Grove California, to pursue my Property Management career in the Residential housing market. I have been with Realty Roundup since 2003 and have no plans on ever leaving. Realty Roundup is home away from home. Residential Housing is where I have found my niche. It is wonderful that I have found it so rewarding to be working with a company like Realty Roundup which has such a great team spirit and finding many wonderful friendships with Owner‘s and Tenant‘s along the way.

My work experience has included several different careers, including running a handmade ceramic tile business, but for the past twenty years, I have been in property management. I obtained my broker’s license in 2000, and my GRI designation thereafter. I have owned and operated our family property management business, as well as working for others in the industry as a property manager and maintenance coordinator. I am new to Realty Roundup, but very excited to be a part of the team! I am highly organized and driven, able to work well with others, or on my own. As a former business owner, I have the ability to think on my feet, but I can appreciate the importance of team work in all efforts.

I began my career in property management in 1997 in Stockton. I have managed single family homes, multi family properties, apartments, mobile home parks and commercial properties. I also have experience with HUD Housing Choice Vouchers (Sect. 8) and HUD project based properties. My experience includes all aspects of property management from marketing and leasing to budgeting and maintenance. From 2007-2013 I also had the pleasure of serving as the program manager for San Joaquin Fair Housing Association, a local non-profit agency serving the community’s tenants and landlords. My activities there included mediation, counseling, grant writing, HUD reporting and developing education programs for tenants and landlords regarding property management, fair housing laws and landlord & tenant rights and responsibilities.

I enjoy my position as a Property Management Assistant at Realty Roundup Property Management and working with a great team and company. My property management career started in 1993, in the San Joaquin area as an onsite property manager. From there I worked for some other Property Management companies in central California and even as far away as Montana. My career has been a journey and I love what I do. My goal is to grow professionally at Realty Roundup and continue to provide excellent customer service to the community that we serve.

I started my property management career in 1999 as a weekend leasing agent. That led me to an assistant community director. Then on to community director and applications manager of over 2500 properties. Then to supervisor of maintenance department. I joined Realty Roundup August 1, 2017 as an administrative assistant.
