Realty Roundup Property Management is a locally owned and operated full service property management company that has been providing superior service for both property owners and renters for over 40 years. With over 2,000 properties managed, Realty Roundup not only specializes in single-family residences, but also in duplexes, triplexes, multiple unit buildings, apartments and small commercial.

In 2002 I moved to Elk Grove and started my career with Reatly Roundup. With my background in retail management in the Building Material Industry, property management was a natural transition. I received my Real Estate License in 2003 and became a Property Manager. Realty Roundup is a great company to work for, and in property management, every day brings new challenges.

Real Estate is a field that I have been passionate about since high school. I was licensed at 18yrs old and held the honor of being California's youngest licensed agent for decades. I have spent a few years working as a licensed agent also in Colorado but California is home. I have decades of experience in all aspects of real estate from property management, new home sales, retail sales, foreclosures & REO service, mortgage banking & brokering. There literally is no aspect of real estate that I have not either personally worked in or had to work with. I love helping people with their real estate needs whether it is managing, selling or finding the home of their dreams. In the fall of 2001 I received my first real estate license and began my career in property management in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Since then I have managed residential, office and retail properties and sold properties. I rode my bicycle around center city Philadelphia selling designated historic properties in order to save up enough money to move sunny California in the summer of 2005. Property management is a profession where I am able to regularly learn new skills and continually educate myself on the constantly evolving elements of property ownership, such as: code enforcement, real estate law and building maintenance & modernization. International travel is how I most enjoy spending my free time; it always provides amazing opportunities for me to educate myself on planet earth and its many unique inhabitants. My two decades of experience in real estate sales and property management has given me the confidence to approach difficult situations with ease and to anticipate and mitigate potential challenges that may arise while marketing, leasing and managing rental properties.

I grew up in Elk Grove until I started high school when I moved to Rocklin where I went to Whitney High School and Sierra College. I moved back to Elk Grove in Spring of 2019 to be closer to work.

I have devoted my career to working many levels of property management since 1998. I have managed single family residential portfolios of up to 300 properties and have vast experience and successful management of diverse property types which has proven invaluable to my clients. I specialize in negotiating lease agreements, vendor bids, property turns and conflict resolution. I also have a background in planning, organizing and budgeting multi-unit apartment turns and have even worked on a large apartment community in Roseville from the construction phase through rent up. I have served on the Sacramento NARPM Board of Directors in several different capacities, including 2012 Chapter President. I have an adult daughter, a son in elementary school and love spending time with my family. I also enjoy cooking, boxing at Mayweather Boxing & Fitness, the ocean and going camping every chance I can get.

I have been apart of the Elk Grove community my entire life. The majority of my work experience has been in management and communications/customer service. I came to Realty Round Up after knowing that I needed a fresh perspective and a defined meaning of where I wanted my career to take me. Starting at Realty Round Up as a Maintenance Coordinator and then moving up to a position as a Leasing Relations Manager is just the begining for me here at this great company. I am on track to obtain licensing and certification to grow as an individual, but also with Realty Round Up. I am very excited and proud to say that I have worked at Realty Roundup since July 2015. I have lived in Sacramento my entire life, and have become very familiar with Elk Grove and all of its surrounding areas. Starting out as a receptionist, I quickly began to learn about the real estate rental market and within a year transitioned to a Property Manager Assistant. I have lived in the Elk Grove community my entire life and I have more recently started working at Realty Roundup, Inc in December of 2020. I am
currently an Administrative Assistant and help out in the billing department and I also am learning the application process. I am attending Cosumnes River College to receive my AA in general science and then transfer into an ultrasound technician program. I plan on staying with Realty Roundup until I graduate. I moved to Galt in 2014, where I continued my career in the Optical Manufacturing business with 15 years experience. I am currently an assistant coach for an all-women’s gym located in Galt called Fitness Mama HealthClub. I am fairly new to Realty Roundup but I am looking forward to learning more about property management and what Realty Roundup is all about and for me to gain the knowledge and skills to become a good asset to the Realty Roundup team.

I joined Realty Roundup in 2022 and am looking forward to growing with the company. I enjoy helping owners manage their rental properties and getting to meet new people every day. I began my career in property management in 1997 in Stockton. I have managed single family homes, multi family properties, apartments, mobile home parks and commercial properties. I also have experience with HUD Housing Choice Vouchers (Sect. 8) and HUD project based properties. My experience includes all aspects of property management from marketing and leasing to budgeting and maintenance. From 2007-2013 I also had the pleasure of serving as the program manager for San Joaquin Fair Housing Association, a local non-profit agency serving the community’s tenants and landlords. My activities there included mediation, counseling, grant writing, HUD reporting and developing education programs for tenants and landlords regarding property management, fair housing laws and landlord & tenant rights and responsibilities.
